When ordering
We will prepare your order to the same high standard you have come to expect from the fish deli using sustainably sourced fish.
So please bear with us and we will of course advise you of availability when you place your order and if we will need to substitute any of your order due.
We can supply whole, prepared, gutted and scaled fish or fillets. Please advice us of how you would like your fish to be prepared at the time of ordering.
Filleted fish will be prepared and vacuum packed ready for fresh use or for freezing.

This will change daily according to season and is based on the fish landed at Plymouth quay from small day boats or from our Shetland Isles MSC certified fish.
The price quoted below will change daily so this is an approximate cost based on a whole fish ( ie not filleted or gutted) Unless stated as fillets.
As a rough guide 800g/ 1kg of whole fish will be enough to serve two people
