We aim to deliver the best possible customer service. The conditions detailed below do not affect your statutory rights. We hope that you enjoy all of our products and have a good experience shopping with the fish deli on line.

Products
All items are subject to availability. We will inform you as soon as possible if the goods you have ordered are not available. Products and packaging are subject to change or substitution without prior notice. Every effort will be made to despatch the items specified. However in the event of supply difficulties with any items within gift packs/ hampers, we reserve the right to substitute goods of equal quality and value.
Back Orders
If an item is out of stock we will email you with the option either to cancel your order or, having told you when we can fulfil it, to wait for delivery.
Methods of Payment
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Solo and Delta. You will need to supply the last three digits from the security code printed on the rear of the card, and the correct billing address for the card. You may also need to include the card issue number or start date. If you order by off-line you may also pay by cheque. Please make cheques payable to the fish deli and write your name and address on the back of the cheque and your card number. Cheque orders will not be processed until payment has been cleared.
All prices are inclusive of VAT (where applicable) at the current rate and are correct at the time of input. Some products contain some zero rated goods and the consolidated VAT rate is then reduced accordingly. We reserve the right to amend prices subject to change in the rate of duty. The total cost of your order is the price of the products plus delivery charges as quoted on the order confirmation page of the website.
All orders are positively credit card sanctioned prior to dispatch, so please ensure that the details you provide us with are correct. We cannot accept responsibility for an order being held back as a result of incorrect or invalid payment details being given.
Claims/ Returns
If any item is faulty, or broken, claims for breakages or other damage must be made to us in writing or by email within 2 days of receipt.
We are unfortunately unable to offer refunds on orders if we have not been notified within this time period.
If for any reason you are not happy with your order or change your mind, within 28 days, you may return the item to us, for a full refund, however you will be responsible for the cost of your own postage and packaging back to us.
This does not affect your statutory rights.

Every care has been taken to describe items as accurately as possible; however slight variations may occur due to the handmade nature of some of the goods.
Prices are subject to alteration and changes in VAT without notice.

All information shared with The Fish Deli is used to fulfill orders only and no information is shared with outside parties. The Fish Deli complies fully with all applicable Data Protection and consumer legislation, and will treat all your personal information as fully confidential.
